Matt helps public and private sector clients navigate complicated funding and environmental challenges to restore value to properties that would otherwise remain underutilized. He has been involved in investigation and remediation activities at properties impacted with chlorinated solvents, polychlorinated biphenyls, heavy metals, and petroleum products. He has worked on all phases of project work, from initial planning through regulatory reporting and closure. Matt works closely with clients and their legal representation to assess potential exposure and risk, critically evaluate each project’s needs, and identify pragmatic solutions to environmental problems.
